This retreat is an opportunity to discover your greatest passions. Through guided meditation and group
conversation you will explore your path and envision living into your passions. Discernment and discovery takes
place through appreciative inquiry, which is a method of asking questions that help you to clarify your heart’s
desires. Through asset and network mapping exercises, you will discover how to take possibilities and turn them
into reality. You will write down your next wise steps and we will end with a gentle landing and closing ritual.

In today’s fast paced world, with its emphasis on success and productivity, we rarely take time to rest, relax,

journal exercises, guided meditation and group conversation that will provide a new perspective and concrete
techniques that you can take home into our everyday life. We end with a gentle landing and closing ritual.

Humans always feel better when they are out in Nature. But our over-stimulated minds and conditioning of modern life and technology rob us of the ability to slow down, observe and connect with the abundant beauty and healing of the natural world. With the gentle assistance of guide Annie, , you will not only notice and experience the wonders of the forest, beach or park, mountain views, waterfalls, or strolling local villages, you will truly connect and be healed of the stresses and spiritual disconnect of everyday life. Most people see nature in a very superficial way. While they enjoy what they see, people often need to be guided to gaze at the scenery, whether the forest, or beach or the sea. Your guide will gently invite you to experience nature in a new way.

When one takes the time to gaze at the forest they begin to notice many shades of green (from 20 to 40
different shades of green). You are invited to listen to the various sounds, you will hear various bird sounds, insects, the rush of water or the rustling of the wind. You will smell the air and fragrances of the flora, fauna and earth, feel the temperature of the air, ground, water, etc., really taste the fruits and foods.

We will experience guided exercises or meditations to help you connect with nature in a deeper way:
Guided questions can be asked after a walk in the forest, a stroll through a village, a boat ride, or any other part of your tour.

No talent or skills are required to explore your creative imagination. This workshop is designed
to provide space for individuals and groups to explore, discuss themes, imagine and create art
either individually or collectively with others. The group selects a theme, digs deep in
discussion, then spends time creating art. Dance, music, painting, drawing, sculpture or
creative writing are some of the mediums used to express your inner creativity. We end with a
gentle landing and closing ritual.
